Product Brief
The MAXIMIN Level Alarm is a non-contact, radiation-based sensor designed for precise material level detection in silos and bunkers without any modifications to the container walls.
Product
Description
The MAXIMIN Level Alarm operates similarly to a light barrier but uses a radiation beam that can penetrate through walls to detect whether the beam path is free or blocked by the material inside.
It consists of a radiation source encapsulated in a double stainless steel housing, a highly sensitive detector with NaJ/TI scintillator, and an advanced evaluation module with microcontroller control for automatic calibration and signal processing.

Product
Applications
Monitoring ash content and slurry levels during processing
Non-contact level detection of powders and granular materials in storage and processing vessels
Used for precise soil moisture measurement to optimize irrigation and crop management.
Level monitoring of cement, sand, and other bulk construction materials in silos.Preventing downtime by accurate inventory sensing
Measurement of coal and ash content in power plant bunkers and feeders, Monitoring bulk material levels for combustion and processing control
Monitoring bulk dry material levels in storage silos like flour, sugar, and other ingredients

Why Choose Our Level Alarm?
The system uses a radiation beam passing through the vessel walls; the presence or absence of material interrupts or allows the beam to reach the detector. The microcontroller in the evaluation module automatically calibrates the system and determines secure switching points, ensuring reliable full/empty detection. Radiation levels are minimized and shielded for safe operation.
