Product Brief

The In-Line Ash & Moisture Monitoring System is a state-of-the-art industrial solution designed for continuous, real-time measurement of ash content and moisture in bulk materials such as coal.

Utilizing advanced radiometric and microwave technologies, the system ensures precise monitoring to optimize combustion efficiency, fuel quality control, and process management.

Product
Description

Our In-Line Ash and Moisture Monitoring System employs dual radiation sources—Caesium-137 and Americium-241—to accurately measure the weight and ash content of materials passing on conveyor belts. Combined with microwave moisture measurement technology, this system delivers comprehensive analysis essential for industries like power generation, coal processing, and bulk material handling.

The system features scintillation counters with NaJ crystals for sensitive radiation detection and a robust evaluation unit with intuitive calibration and data storage capabilities. This ensures reliable operation, quick adaptation to material variations, and seamless integration into plant processes.

Installation
Types

  • The dual radiation sources and detectors are mounted on fixed mechanical frames positioned above and below conveyor belts with a minimum 1m distance between two measurement paths for accurate ash content analysis.

  • Moisture sensors are emitter-receiver pairs installed without separate frames, using existing load detector mounting points on the conveyor system.

  • The robust mechanical construction ensures constant distance and alignment to prevent measurement errors.
